1. What we collect
- Account data: email, company/project, stated use case (for KYC review).
- Usage metadata: per-request status code, timestamp, request id, and query length — used for metering and abuse detection.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. Quarro never receives or stores your card number (PAN) or CVV.
2. What we do not collect
We do not store the text of your search queries, and we do not retain the content of pages retrieved on your behalf beyond the response we return to you. Charts in your dashboard show counts only.
3. How we use data
To operate and meter the service, detect abuse that could get the pool blocklisted, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Usage metadata is retained for a limited period for billing and security, then aggregated or deleted. Account data is retained while your account is active.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. Deletion removes your account and associated metadata; hashed key material is destroyed on revocation.
